Q: My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What’s wrong?
A: First, check to see if your CAPS LOCK key is on. Passwords are case sensitive. If this is not the case, it is possible that you have not registered your e-mail address and password at my.calottery.com.
If this is your first time submitting entries over the Internet, you must register before you can log in and submit entries. To register, click on my.calottery.com in the menu along the top right side of the screen, or click “Register” to the left, and complete and submit your registration information.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Go to my.calottery.com and then go to the LOG IN page. Click where indicated to reset your password. You will then be asked to submit your e-mail address and the answer to your security question to reset your password.
Q: When I try to submit entries, I get transferred back to the login page. Why is this happening?
A: Some firewalls or security settings on your personal computer (PC) or network may prevent you from logging in successfully. For example, your PC setting must be enabled to receive cookies. Another potential problem is having too many applications open, as they may interfere with the log in process.

Q: How do I update my e-mail address or other personal information that I submitted when I registered?
A: First, click on my.calottery.com and log in with your existing e-mail address and password. Then, click on UPDATE MY PROFILE to go to your account information page. Make the necessary changes to your information, then click on the SUBMIT button to make the changes effective.
Questions about entries and tickets
Q: Can I enter a drawing more than one time?
A: YES! You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish. However, the code from a specific Scratchers ticket can only be entered once.
Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for a specific Pool Draw?
A: After a Pool Draw deadline, entries received are automatically entered in the next Pool Draw. Entries will no longer be accepted for a specific Scratcher game after the entry deadline for that Scratcher’s End of Game Top Prize draw.
Q: Will Entries be accepted after the deadline for a Scratcher's End of Game draw?
A: Once the specific Scratcher's End of Game Top Prize draw entry deadline has passed, then the Scratchers ticket is no longer eligible for any drawings.
Q: How can I see what tickets I have just entered?
A: Each time you submit ticket entries (1 at a time), a record of your successful ticket entries appears on the ENTER YOUR TICKETS confirmation page. You may continue to enter more tickets by clicking the “Enter More Tickets” button.
Q: How can I be sure that my previously entered tickets have been submitted?
A: A record of all previously submitted ticket entries appears in the MY TICKET ENTRIES page. All of your entries appear on that list for your information and reference, so you can check the list against the tickets you are holding. If the entry record is there, you can be assured that it is in the system.
Q: May I throw away the tickets after I have entered them into a drawing?
A: Yes. The Replay website will track the codes you have entered for the drawings. Please make sure your successful ticket entries appear in the MY TICKET ENTRIES page before you discard them. Please recycle your Scratchers tickets.
Q. Can I mail in my non-winning tickets to enter into the drawings?
A. No. Mail-in entries are not accepted for the Replay program.
Questions about winners
Q: How do I find out if I have been selected as a winner?
A: Approximately 2 weeks after each drawing, winners' names and hometowns are posted on the Replay website following the winners validation. Winners will be notified by the e-mail address provided by the player. The e-mail will include a link to the claim form needed to claim the prize. Also, winning entries will be flagged on your "MY TICKET ENTRIES" page.
Q: How are Replay winners selected?
A: Winners are randomly selected from all entries received for each drawing. Drawings are conducted according to established Lottery protocols under the observation of an independent Certified Public Accounting firm.
Q: What are my chances of winning a prize in a second-chance drawing?
A: Your odds of winning vary based on total number of entries received for a drawing and total number of entries that you have submitted.
